This spacious but cosy Inn offers 5, 4 star, ensuite rooms and the best award winning food and drink that Somerset and the south west have to offer. The pub is cosy yet contemporary inside with real fires and real ale to be enjoyed. If the weather is fine our newly landscaped garden has a stunning view over the village church and the gently undulating Mendip hills. Oakhill has an abundance with public footpaths and bridle ways and we have a great collection of ordinance survey maps for the walking enthusiasts amongst you.
The pub has its own car park that is situated 20 yards before or after the pub itself (depending on which direction you’re travelling in) on the A367. If that is full there is plenty of parking along the High Street.

Bed and Breakfast Accommodation
We have five elegant en-suite bed and breakfast rooms. Awarded 4 stars from the AA, recommended by Alaistair Sawday’s special places and consistently well reviewed on trip advisor, our rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully decorated.
Single rooms are from £77.50 and we offer great discounts on longer stays.
Fish on Fridays is back, and better.
Every Friday evening from 6pm you can order 2 fish and triple cooked chips, home made tartar sauce and a bottle of house red or white wine for only £25.00.
